Building Company, a division of
Perini Corporation, signed a $1
billiion construction deal with 3700 Associates
LLC, to build The Cosmopolitan
Resort & Casino. The total
likely project cost,
including construction is over
$1.8 billion.

end of October. The
Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino
is scheduled to open for
business in the middle of 2008.
The u

high-rise casino resort
development will inundate the
Vegas skyline with its
spectacular architecture and
vertical design.
Being built
on nearly eight and a half
acres, the project's look
includes over 5 million sq. ft.
of development on the Las Vegas
Strip. The contract
includes constructing two
high-rise hotel and condo-hotel
towers approximately 600 ft.
tall with a total of
approximately 3,000 luxury hotel
rooms and suites and condo-hotel
residences.
More than
150,000 square feet of convention and conference space
and a 75,000 square foot casino,
some 300,000
square feet of exclusive
shopping and
fine-dining restaurants.
The new
casino resort will even feature
an 1,800 seat theater. This
resort will compete with big
names by providing all the
necessities like a spa and more.
Stepping-up to newer
buildings on the Strip like the
Wynn, the Cosmopolitan will
feature breath taking
architectural features.

visiting Vegas, this will be one
more reason to go in 2008.
